Do I have to pay for the survey? – Why is this necessary?
Yes, you can find our current prices on the contact page. We take our work seriously, it’s also a work for us, we only give a quote for a work that we will carry out if it is accepted.
If it turns out on the spot that we are not able to do the work, we will not send you a quotation or charge you for the survey.
These prices, although notional, include the cost of the site visit, any parking, on-site consultation, survey and quotation.
Of course, if you choose us, the survey fee will be deducted from the final price.
How can I order a quote and what is the procedure?
You can order the survey by filling out the form on the contact page or by e-mail. You will find all the instructions for the e-mail on the contact page.
As a general rule, we carry out the surveys every Friday of the week, and we will arrange the appointment on the phone no later than the day before. At the agreed time we will come to the site to discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have and assess the work to be done.
What makes our prices so affordable?
Thanks to our equipment and the skills of our colleagues. We can work very efficiently and quickly. So the low price is not at the expense of quality.
What discounts are available?
We don’t believe in year-round discounts of 15%, or spring discounts, etc. Our prices are set at the minimum by default, but we do have volume discounts, this indicates a tiered pricing.
What does the price depend on?
Price is influenced by many things. Without aiming to be exhaustive:
Furnishing of the property
Degree of conservation
Masonry quality, condition
Size of work
Special requirements
Is weekend/night work possible?
Of course, it can be arranged on request.
