Our painting process
There’s no one-size-fits-all recipe — every wall is different. In general, we follow these steps:
1. Preparation
Moving and covering furniture, masking frames and protecting floors — to keep your home safe from dust, paint and construction materials.
2. Surface assessment & preparation
If the surface is weak, damaged or wallpapered, the top layer is removed. We prime/impregnate the surface; on concrete we use a bonding bridge for reliable adhesion.
3. Skim coating / surface finishing
Depending on the wall condition, we decide whether plastering or a thicker skim coat is needed. We apply at least two skim-coat layers for a flat, smooth finish. Drywall surfaces are finished to Q3 (or Q4 on request).
4. Sanding
We sand skim-coated surfaces with machines (edges/corners are finished by hand).
5. Painting
After thorough dust removal, we prime for even absorption and adhesion. Paint is applied in two coats — either with modern airless spraying or with traditional roller/brush.
6. Cleanup
We always clean up after ourselves — we leave behind a refreshed property, ready to use.
